Training
Public School's half-day and full-day workshops teach tactical problem-solving skills, such as community engagement, strategic planning, and program design.
Each workshop uses a real challenge that your team is facing as the case study for workshop activities. Your team will practice using their new skills to come up with viable solutions to the challenge.
Process
1. Assess
Public School meets with you to understand the challenge that your team is facing and what skills might help solve that challenge.
2. Train
We then deliver a training workshop for your staff and use the challenge as a case study for practicing the new skills.
3. Coach
After the workshop, we provide follow-up coaching to address specific questions and reinforce the skills learned.
